'Treat game'
The prosecutor, handling the case, outlined the criminal behavior to the legal proceedings.
She stated his victims were disadvantaged youngsters who were participating in a summer camp which he managed.

She informed the proceedings the defendant had conducted this practice with the children "repeatedly", and children had previously become sick the subsequent day.
She stated the defendant had been able to explain this repeatedly as the children being "overwrought by enjoyment", until his stepson had concerns in July 2025.
The legal representative stated further: "Recently" his family member had suspicions about the situation, for good reason.
"They chose" to examine in the man's possessions."
The prosecutor said materials including infant oil, Vaseline and syringes were located, and his family member notified the police about his worries.
She said Ruben proceeded to play the "treat game" with six youngsters that night - July 26th - and they were all ill the subsequent day.
"Law enforcement" had not gone out by that point," she stated further.
The regulatory agency, the police conduct office, earlier informed that it was investigating Leicestershire Police's handling of the events.
Mrs Prior stated the minors were unable to walk properly due to their condition, so the family member called the police again.
